Any Diploma / Graduate with a strong verbal & written command of English. Compensation and Benefits ? Entry Level-Probationary Associate (PA): ?1.8 Lakhs ? ?2.4 Lakhs per annum. ? There are four round of screening process: Level 1 - Group Discussion & preliminary evaluation Explanation of Terms and Conditions General topics to be given to assess the candidate’s communication skill. Level 2 - Aptitude test Upon successful completion of level 1, aptitude test is given. (The candidate should have achieved at least 50% scores) Level 3 - Trainer Assessment Trainer has a one-to-one discussion with the candidate and provides recommendation. Level 4 - Final HR Interview HR has one-to-one session with the candidate and shall look for behavioral patterns if any including eye contact, hair style, dress code, body language, attitude etc. If satisfactory, offer is negotiated and candidate informed of the result and decide on the documentation and onboarding date.
