Job description (Job Location - Dubai,UAE) We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist cum Accounts Officer with a blend of front-office management skills and hands-on accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate should have experience working with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms, ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities ? Front Office Management: - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area. - Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, forwarding them to appropriate team members. - Maintain the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings. - Manage incoming and outgoing courier services. ? Accounting and Finance: - Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records and transaction details. - Record entries in Tally ERP/QuickBooks (or similar software) for invoices, payments, and receipts. - Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of payments. - Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports. - Support the finance team in audits, tax filings, and compliance activities. ? Administrative Duties: - Oversee office supply inventory and procure items as needed. - Maintain employee attendance records and assist HR in documentation. - Organize and maintain filing systems for both financial and non-financial records. - Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and professional. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software (mandatory). - Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. - Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Accounts assistant: 2 years (Required) RECEPTIONIST: 1 year (Preferred)
